Escape beach hotel is one decent hotel located not far from the port and directly on the beach and managed by a local residence. We found that the hotel is pretty good, given the remote location, and the room is clean. I had no issue on sleeping and relaxing after a day spent on boat hoping around the island.
staf hotel is very friendly and helpful, with his local Javanese accent. He would arrange everything for your staying in Karimunjawa, that includes the guide, ferry ticket/reservation, boat rental, snorkeling/diving gears, meals, and motorbike rental as you like.
So if you feels like going to Karimunjawa one day, this place is definitely worth considering. Ask for the upstair rooms for a better view!
